Loughton Contracts were appointed by Carillion to supply and fit timber flooring and Underfloor batons and Knauf boards for Phase 1 of Battersea Power Station, which was our biggest residential project to date, circa 880 apartments.

The area is a globally recognised landmark, which is fast becoming one of the liveliest and most vibrant places to live in the city. The area will be home to a shopping centre, workplaces, galleries, markets, restaurants and of course contemporary apartments. It was a huge project, which we were trusted to deliver the perfect end result for.

The works for this £4.3 million project took place on floors 1-8 and 17, in communal areas, wintergardens and apartments. We installed 30,000m2 of Domus Timber alongside 25,000 square metres of Danskin raised flooring.

The client rightfully demanded a perfect job completed, and that is exactly what we delivered for this hugely prestigious project.
