Loughton Contracts were appointed by Wilmott Dixon Capital Works for the refurbishment of The London Clinic.
Established in 1932 and situated in the heart of London’s medical community, The London Clinic is one of the UK’s largest private hospitals, dedicated to providing the best, personalised healthcare. This project consisted of the creation of 16 high specification patient bedrooms and en-suites made up of 13 Critical Care Rooms including 4 Isolation Rooms complete with all new specialist services. The flooring works included the supply and installation of Forbo Vinyl Sheet, Amtico Vinyl Plank and Altro Whiterock Wall Cladding.
The project was successfully completed within a live hospital environment and confined London site, all health and safety measures had to be strictly adhered to, including a noisy working limitation. We ensured that patient welfare was the top priority throughout the project.
